The Bristol Eastern girls soccer team became the first to use the school’s new turf field.
The Lancers took to the new pitch late in the morning on Tuesday, and they were all smiles. Head coach Scott Redman was also excited about the new turf.
“WE HAVE TURF!!! Thanks to all for countless hours, fundraising and efforts to bring it home. It’s been christened!!” Redman wrote on the Bristol Eastern girls soccer Twitter account.
