The 2016 Class S state champion St. Paul baseball team got to visit
the MLB Network today, and they will get their rings next Tuesday.

It will be a whirlwind few days for the St. Paul baseball program.
Earlier today, the Falcons were the guests of Paul Severino and the MLB Network in Secaucus, N.J. Severino is an alum of St. Paul, Class of 2001, and he extended the invitation. The team took a tour of the studio, and they also appeared on a network show called Intentional Talk. The episodes aired at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. The team was also addressed by former Major Leaguer and MLB Network analyst Harold Reynolds.

The team gave Severino a championship ring from the 2016 season.
St. Paul baseball has a public Facebook group — SP Base — where they posted photos and videos from the day.
As for the rings, St. Paul will get them at halftime of the boys basketball game against Naugatuck next Tuesday.
