There is only game left on the local state tournament slate tonight due to the threat of snow.
That is the Class S girls semifinal between No. 16 Sacred Heart and No. 5 Thomaston at 7 p.m. at Wilby High School. Everybody else gets an extra day to wait.
Here are the changes:
Class L boys — No. 8 Kennedy vs. No. 17 Danbury: This game is now Saturday at noon.
Class M boys — No. 4 Holy Cross vs. No. 5 Prince Tech: This game is now Saturday at 1.
Class L girls — No. 1 Holy Cross vs. No. 4 Capital Prep: This game is now Saturday at 3.
All game sites remain the same. The Kennedy and Holy Cross boys are hosting their quarterfinal round games. The Holy Cross girls go to Wallingford’s Sheehan High School for their semifinal round contest.
