Former Bristol Eastern standout Connor Fitzsimons is playing professional baseball in 2017, and he is once again on the roster of the Arizona League Angels.
Fitzsimons has played in one game so far this season, and that was the season opener. Fitzsimons went 0-for-3 with a walk and a run scored. In the field, he made two clean throws to first to complete strikeouts for his pitchers.
Fitzsimons played in 11 games last season and started seven of them. He had a double, RBI, run scored, two walks and totaled 29 at bats.
